Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside the app or by contacting support.

In the app
- Open Settings.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- Confirm with your current password.
What happens next
- Immediately: sign-in and token refresh are blocked.
- Grace period: the account is purged after a short window (default 7 days).
- Cancel: if you’re still signed in, open Settings and tap “Cancel account deletion” before the grace period ends.
Without the app
Email ops@drdshe.com and ask for your account to be deleted. Include your login ID and/or display name so we can verify it.
Export your data
Before deleting, you can export a JSON copy of your data from Settings → Export my data.
